Thumbs Up to all who donate and who share this video! You guys are awesome!

  2. Mr. Mojo says:

1:26 What is it more likely every one on earth saying the earth is flat or copernicus? OBVIOUSLY EVERYONE ELSE!

  3. Big Noot says:

In all the debates I've heard i have never heard anyone explain the fact that all not one, but all the prophecies of the bible are comig true ,i love sciece, God is the greatest scientists there is becuace we simply cant figure out his creation ,and how he did it . Atheist learn the prophecies, and see if they are coming true im sure you'll find they are ,and what more proof do you need the stste of our modern times have been fortold by the bible in great detail ,and here we are living through it.

  4. Kevin Agee says:

i think the christians arguments went over everybody's head.

the question was "does science refute god?" No. science will never be able to prove god does or does not exist. we don't even have a standard definition of what god is.

  5. bryan babcock says:

To all non believers how do you not believe in the God that created everything?
There is so much proof there is the Moabite stone there was Egyptian amour found in the Red Sea.

  6. A M says:

Moderation is belabored. How many times must the debators be introduced?

  7. Eric Maile says:

God is real, people you have free will to choose I will pray for all of you.

  8. Eric Maile says:

    athiest lost lol

  9. holywine7 says:

The Atheists did not like the point at 34:34 when he stated that scientists spent the last 500 years climbing the mountain of scientific knowledge only to find Theologians already sitting at the top awaiting them upon their arrival at the peak.

  10. TheMagnetHand 94 says:

"How would you measure the beauty of an Orchid scientifically?" Theres so much wrong with that question its unbelievable. You can't measure beauty like you can measure the length of a string. Beauty is subjective and relative to an individual based on their life, upbringing, experiences and other things. Your measurement of beauty is no more factual than your favourite colour

  11. J Ban says:

    Depends how u define god.

  12. sohelwriter says:

Denish! The Supernatural is another nature

  13. sohelwriter says:

Denish, King David is the best example that the Bible is Anti morality

  14. Rick Lee says:

"That was a great question, by the way," says the moderator to Andie McDowell, who asked "how do you measure the beauty of an orchid?" Oh, puhleeeze.

  15. sin rays says:

im not religious at all, but I would love to pretend to be one so I can argue with Krauss just for shits and giggles xD

  16. Lumeron Swift says:

"[atheists resort to] highly complex debate maneuvers", says D'Souza. I've yet to see an atheist's argument be highly complex or hard to understand, especially compared to D'Souza's own arguments.

  17. Lumeron Swift says:

D'Souza boils water for tea in a pot? I thought he was a best-seller. Hmm… someone should probably donate him a kettle.

  18. sohelwriter says:

God ordered the killing of babies, then?

  19. shem the penman says:

    andie macfuckingdowell

  20. A M says:

The debate descended into a demand for proof of God by His supporters. It was CLAIMED to be about science "refuting" God ( At which it failed miserably.) An off topic debate which DeSouza & friend failed to address.

  21. A M says:

Bring the athiests to a debate with the likes of Ravi Zacharias. They would not fare well.

  22. elchapetas says:

stupid christian apologetics, as awlays, relying on stretching rhetoric of modern knowledge as much as possible

  23. oswald rendon-herrero says:

One proof that GOD is real and evolution is NOT, you just have to consider DNA and consciousness; how can a sentient person believe Dr. Krauss's insanity, that were created by chance in an unconscious stupid universe. DNA is a complex information system that in humans contains all the instructions to "construct" us. Psalm 139:14, King James Version (KJV), 14. "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." How could stupid evolution create consciousness? In forensics today, the root of a single hair, has our "number"! Luke 12:7 states, "But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows." How did Luke know this?

I sincerely hope this helps those listening to this man's belief.

  24. Ryan Franks says:

"There's no scientific way to prove that Ceasar crossed the Rubicon"

There is a scientific way to gauge its probability i.e. archaeological evidence and plausibility based on empirical evidence. The Christian Bible claims that the Jews were enslaved by the Egyptians. It is entirely plausible for this to happen. However, there is no archaeological evidence supporting that masses of Jews were enslaved by the Egyptians. It is merely an Abrahamic claim. It very well could have happened, but the assertion needs to be supported.

  25. Ryan Franks says:

Someone should really introduce Dinesh to a logical argument.

  26. Ryan Franks says:

Dinesh tries far to hard to come up with hokey quips than constructing a cogent argument. It's present in every debate I've seen with him.

  27. Ryan Franks says:

Hutchinson "People knew that people don't rise from the dead after being crucified." Apparently they didn't know the value of hearsay.

"People knew that women don't bear children, unless. . .you know what." Is… Is this guy afraid to say the word sex? Oh, right, Christians have strong sexual anxieties… For some confoundingly inane reason. Also, hearsay/anecdotal. As Hitchens once put it, "What's the more likely scenario, that someone was born without a father, or that a Jewish girl told a fib?"

  28. Ryan Franks says:

I just fucking love how D'Souza and Hutchinson are talking about miracles as if they are tangible but they just don't have the evidence of them being tangible, but not having the evidence doesn't mean anything because science can't refute it.

  29. Esoteric Emissary says:

God is the devil. God in the Bible is Satan, is evil, and admits in
HOSEA 13 he is the Lion Leopard Bear Beast 666 of Revelation. The world
is evil and messed up because there is No God but the Devil. It is 100%
proven and indisputable in scripture that God is evil and is the devil.

  30. Harrison Smith says:

Damn, this was a fine debate

  31. MrHyroglyph says:

Because we know how to measure a phenomenon, we therefore understand said phenomenon.. While I am certain that a speakers comprehension of correlations goes further, building arguments predicated on assumptions isn't very convincing. That burden of explaining science makes my expectation of atheists higher I suppose.
    (I am not theist)

  32. gixxer6000 says:

You know its lawrece krauss once you spot the convers 😉

  33. auritone says:

I would not claim that science refutes God, but I will make the claim that science slowly but surely has proven the assertions of the Bible wrong, which would lead me to this question:
How many assertions made by the Bible has to be proven to be physically impossible before the Bible itself can be seen as a work of fiction thereby undermining the idea of God?
If this leads to Christians simply calling these assertions metaphors or the like, then how many assertions and fantastic claims have to change into metaphors before God himself becomes a metaphor?
But at the end of the day the endeavor is a mute one. Science deals with proof and religion deals with faith making it a rather uneven battle, because no matter how many things we find that contradicts the claims of the Bible the go to excuse for religion is – "it's just faith" or "they're just assertions".
It's the usual Teflon west of religion where they have to prove nothing and science has to prove everything.

  34. auritone says:

    And a further question:
If science (knowledge) has done away with a incredible amount of religions to the point where no-one believes them anymore (the Norse Gods is now a number of comic books and even super-heroes and the Greek Gods are seen as fantasy stories) then why is it not valid to think that the Judean God can be subject to the same rejection through knowledge?

  35. Kyle says:

Hutchinson was fantastic. Totally correct in refuting Krauss's scientism (which Krauss didn't even bother to rebut)

  36. mystisme says:

d souza at 1 45 mantion the 95% tell the truth a bout a guy name bill and their not halucination ect well mass hysterian do existe so mass hallucination he must go take a psychology cours

  37. Project DJ says:

The problem with this debate is that the side FOR was arguing against the existance of a god, the side AGAINST argued for the existance but also made the point that science CANNOT refute god. This was a silly premise because science by its very nature can never refute the existance of something that can neither be proven or disproven, not being able to prove a positive does not prove a negative. I wish someone would have made that point.

And I laugh at the TVA – Athiest Channel thinking this was some kind of win. People who choose to believe rarely use science to determine their belief, as stated by the AGAINST side, they use personal experiences, and that is one thing science will never have any domain over. 90% of all Humans believe in some kind of Divine Being and that will always be so.

But just to throw fuel on the fire, the statement that science is superior to religion because they change when proven wrong, is erroneous. The belief that there is a god has NEVER been disproven, so there is no reason for believers to change, in other words, science is consistantly wrong and has to keep rewritting itself, Believers have never been proven wrong yet! It must really suck to be an Atheist…

And if a miracle is something that happens outside the realm of Natural Laws, then the Big Bang must be considered a Miracle. It is much more likely that an intelligence created something than it simply appearing out of nothing. In fact, except for the Creation of the Universe and the begining of Life, Spontaneous Generation is considered to be impossible, do scientist even listen to the stuff they say sometimes?

  38. Tom Overholt says:

    1 Cor 3:18-20
18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
    19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He catches the wise in their own craftiness";
20 and again, "The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are futile."

    Matt 11:25
25 At that time Jesus answered and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.
